Free visual inspection and a written scope of work before any mitigation begins - photos, moisture readings, and drying logs go in your claim file
The scope we write is the scope we bill. Anything new gets shown to you, in writing, before we touch it.
Meet the West Palm Beach Team Behind DryMark Restoration West Palm Beach
We’re the crew that shows up when water’s still moving through your drywall or mold’s turned a closet into a health hazard. Every person on this page has a name, a license number you can verify, and a specific job to do. What ties us together is simple: we document everything, we quote in writing before we start, and we don’t leave until the moisture readings back up our word. That’s not marketing. That’s The Haven Standard, and it’s how we’ve worked since 2011.
Our People
Alicia Brennan, Owner
I started DryMark Restoration in West Palm Beach after six years as a claims adjuster, watching homeowners lose tens of thousands because their restoration company couldn’t produce the documentation their policy required. The gap between what happened and what could be proven cost people their kitchens, their floors, sometimes their homes. I built this company to close that gap.
Every job we take starts with a written scope and price, Haven Standard, Clause 1. Every visit produces a photo record. Every drying cycle generates a moisture log formatted to IICRC standards so your adjuster can read it without calling me for translation. If the reading hasn’t moved in 24 hours, neither should your contractor. I still review every documented record before it goes to an insurance carrier, and I still answer calls at 2 a.m. when a pipe bursts in El Cid or a water heater fails in Northwood.
Outside of work, I keep a 1978 Boston Whaler running in the Intracoastal. Boat maintenance teaches you the same thing restoration does: fix the thing causing the problem, not just the thing you can see.
Marcus T., Lead Water Damage Technician
Marcus has been with us since 2017, and he’s the technician other crews call when they hit a wall, literally and figuratively. He’s IICRC-certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD), with additional certification in thermography. His specialty is tracing water migration in older West Palm Beach homes, the 1920s-era structures in Flamingo Park and the post-war concrete block construction near Howard Park where water travels through slab cracks in ways that don’t follow gravity.
He runs our Dri-Eaz and Phoenix desiccant deployments, and he’s particular about psychrometric data, the temperature and relative humidity readings that tell you whether your drying chamber is actually working or just blowing air around. Marcus documents vapor pressure differential in every log, the measurable force that drives moisture out of building materials and into the airstream. He’ll explain it without the jargon if you ask.
On weekends he coaches a U-14 soccer team in Lake Worth. He says the only difference between a midfielder and a mitigation tech is that one tracks a ball and one tracks a moisture meter, and neither job gets easier when someone skips the fundamentals.
Darlene K., Senior Mold Remediation Installer
Darlene joined us in 2019 after eight years in environmental remediation in Broward County. She’s our lead on containment design and negative air pressure systems, the engineering controls that keep mold spores from relocating to the room next door while we work. She’s certified through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Mold Remediation (AMRT) and holds a Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation mold assessor license.
Her particular skill is tertiary drying, the final phase of a water damage job where materials read dry on the surface but still hold moisture deep in the substrate. Darlene knows that skipping this phase is how mold gets its foothold, especially in West Palm Beach’s coastal humidity where indoor vapor pressure stays elevated six months of the year. She specifies extended dehumidification cycles and targeted Injectidry panel drying that other contractors abbreviate.
She lives in the Mango Promenade neighborhood with two rescue greyhounds who, she notes, are the only creatures in her life that don’t require documented before-and-after photos.
Roberto V., Service Coordinator
Roberto is the voice you hear when you call (561) 290-5060 at 3 a.m. because your washing machine supply line failed. He’s been with DryMark since 2014, and he’s never once sent a caller to voicemail. He coordinates our 24-hour live dispatch, confirms that the assigned technician is background-checked and uniformed before they’re routed, and prepares the preliminary documentation packet that follows every emergency call: incident timestamp, initial moisture classification by category and class, and the photo documentation checklist the crew will complete on arrival.
Roberto came to us from hotel operations, and he treats every distressed homeowner like a guest whose reservation got lost, which is to say: you didn’t plan this, it’s not your fault, and our job is to make the next part predictable. He handles direct adjuster coordination, sending documented photo records and drying logs to carriers so the claim doesn’t stall for lack of paperwork. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese, which matters in a county where one in five emergency calls comes in something other than English.
He keeps a small vegetable garden behind his place in the South End. He says the only thing more satisfying than a documented drying log is a documented tomato harvest, and he’s only half joking.
Jasmine C., Restoration Apprentice
Jasmine started with us in 2023 after completing the restoration technology program at Palm Beach State College. She’s working toward her IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician certification and currently shadows Marcus on Category 2 and 3 water losses, the gray and black water jobs where contamination levels require specific PPE protocols and disposal documentation. She’s already proficient in moisture meter operation, thermal imaging camera use, and the B-Air and XPOWER air mover positioning that creates proper airflow patterns across wet surfaces.
What Jasmine brings is an attention to material classification that comes from growing up in a family of South Florida contractors. She can identify the difference between lath-and-plaster and blueboard by tap tone, knows which West Palm Beach neighborhoods built in which decades used which formulations, and understands that specifying the wrong drying protocol for the wrong substrate doesn’t just fail, it destroys. She’s learning to write scopes the way Alicia taught her: one fact at a time, nothing vague enough to argue about later.
She’s also the reason our crew van always has backup phone chargers. Small thing, but when your ceiling’s in your lap, a dead phone is one problem you don’t need.
One Standard, Every Job

DryMark Restoration West Palm Beach operates independently under The Haven Standard, the same documentation and accountability framework that governs every restoration company in our network across Florida. What that means on your job: Haven Standard, Clause 1 delivers a written price before any work starts, with no scope additions once our crew is inside your home. Every visit produces a photo record, included as standard, never sold as an upgrade. Every drying cycle generates a moisture log formatted to IICRC, RIA, and IFA standards, the documentation that transforms restoration invoices into payable insurance claims. And the 365-Day Done Right Promise, stamped and signed on every job, means if it’s not done right, we make it right. Not a verbal assurance. A written warranty with an address.
We’ve restored more than 12,000 homes since 2011. Each one started with a written scope and ended with a documented record. The crew you read about above is who does that work in West Palm Beach. Call (561) 290-5060, and you’ll speak to a live person, any hour, any day. No voicemail. No next-business-day callback while water is still moving through your walls.
