Damage Restoration Before & After in West Palm Beach, FL
Photos don’t hedge. They show what a crew actually left behind. We’ve documented every job since 2011 because we started this company to close the documentation gap that costs homeowners their claims. The images below are how we prove the work, how we justify the invoice to your adjuster, and how you know the job was done before we pack the trucks.
Recent Transformations
Water Damage Restoration: Burst Supply Line in El Cid Historic District
The homeowner in El Cid heard the hissing behind the fridge at 10 p.m. By morning the oak floors had cupped across the entire first level. We arrived within 90 minutes, set containment to protect the original plaster walls, and deployed a Dri-Eaz LGR 7000XLi with Phoenix 200 HT dehumidification. The hardwood was saved with a vapor pressure differential drying protocol, tertiary drying completed on day 5, and the daily moisture logs went straight to the adjuster. Final EMC reading: 12.1%, well within the 10-14% range for South Florida acclimation.
Mold Remediation: Attic Infestation in Northwood Historic District
A Northwood homeowner called after their HVAC tech refused to service the air handler until the attic was addressed. We found Chaetomium on the north sheathing and Stachybotrys near the unsealed can lights, both feeding on decades of humidity accumulation. We built containment, ran HEPA-negative air scrubbers, removed the affected sheathing to the rafters, and HEPA-vacuumed every surface. Post-remediation air sampling came back below detection limits. The photo record, scope, and lab report went to the adjuster as a single packet. Haven Standard, Clause 1: written price before we cut the first piece of sheathing.
Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration: Kitchen Grease Fire in Flamingo Park
The Flamingo Park call came from a homeowner who’d extinguished a turkey fryer fire themselves and couldn’t understand why the smell wouldn’t leave. Protein fires deposit nearly invisible residue that standard cleaners can’t touch. We tested with dry sponges to map the soot pattern, then thermal-fogged the structure, ran ozone in unoccupied periods, and sealed the affected drywall before repaint. The odor was gone on day 3. The third-party verification report and photo record went to the carrier with the invoice.
Storm & Disaster Restoration: Hurricane Ian Roof Intrusion in South of Southern (SOSO)
The SOSO neighborhood took Ian’s eastern eyewall winds straight on. This homeowner’s clay tile roof lost underlayment integrity, and water ran the truss line for six hours before the bedroom ceiling let go. We tarped the roof opening at 6 a.m. on day 2 post-storm, removed 14 saturated batts of R-30, and dried the cavity to 15% wood moisture content before any reconstruction. The rebuild included new 5/8″ drywall, insulation replacement, and paint match to the undamaged hallway. Every phase was photo-documented and logged to RIA storm standards for the flood claim.
Sewage Cleanup: Backflow Event in Grandview Heights
A Grandview Heights homeowner woke to sewage backing through their shower pan during a municipal line surcharge event. Category 3 water carries enteric pathogens, so porous materials don’t get saved, they get removed. We extracted, removed the tile and vanity, cut drywall 24 inches above the water line, and treated with antimicrobial before drying. ATP testing confirmed sanitation levels below 10 RLU before we installed new LVT flooring and sealed all surfaces. The photo record and test results were in the adjuster’s inbox before we sent the invoice.
Reconstruction & Cleanup: Full Rebuild After Long-Term Leak in El Cid
This El Cid kitchen had been leaking at the slab for a year and a half. The homeowner knew something was off when the cabinet toe-kicks started swelling. We found 34% subfloor moisture and Aspergillus on the studs. Mitigation came first, then reconstruction scoped in writing per Haven Standard, Clause 1. New custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and waterproof LVP flooring went in over a sealed and verified-dry subfloor. Final reading: 9.8%. The job took 11 days from demolition to final walk, with a photo record at every phase and the 365-Day Done Right Promise signed at close.
